Description
🌿 BREATHWORK WORKSHOP 🌿
Take a moment to slow down, reconnect and simply breathe.
Join us for a guided Breathwork session designed to help you release tension, calm the mind and reconnect with your body through the power of conscious breathing.
In the spirit of Somos Familia, this is a safe and welcoming space to pause, be present and share an experience of connection and wellbeing — together.
✨ No previous experience needed. Just come as you are.
Breathe. Release. Reconnect. 💚💛
Because taking care of our mental health can start with something as simple as a breath.
