Fi Galloway – A Certified breathwork facilitator with over 20 years of experience guiding deep inner work & SJ Chiovitti – Highly trained breathwork facilitator with a background in trauma counseling and finance. Together, they create a stable, supportive space for profound healing, using Conscious Connected Breathing to help you access clarity, emotional release, and nervous system recalibration.

How to prepare:

Eat a light meal in the morning, wear comfortable clothes, if you feel the cold bring some socks or a light weight blanket
Bring a water bottle and a note book for some journaling
An open mind and an open heart, you will be held
