What You Will Experience

Through conscious connected breath, movement, sound, and guided journeying—you will be held in a safe and deeply sacred container to:

Release stored grief, tension and emotional residue from the body
Access altered states of consciousness for healing, clarity & soul connection
Reconnect with intuition, inner guidance and your own innate intelligence
Rest in community with others who feel like home

Sarhan – Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, Women's Embodiment Mentor, Yoga Teacher & Bodyworker.
With over 13 years in health, movement and healing arts, she weaves breath, embodiment and love into potent spaces for transformation. Her journey through anxiety, trauma and disconnection became the map she now shares with others—guiding them back to devotion, breath and embodied self-love.

Alex – Chiropractor, Quantum Coach, Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator.
With over 20 years in the health, healing arts and quantum teachings. He offers grounded masculine presence, somatic wisdom & heart-led support throughout the journey.

Breathwork Safety & Contraindications

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful modality.
Please read through our health considerations upon booking or message if you have any concerns—your journey can be lovingly adapted.

Physical Conditions:

Cardiovascular issues or high blood pressure
Stroke, seizures, epilepsy or aneurysm history
Glaucoma or detached retina
Pregnancy (or possible pregnancy unless discussed beforehand)
Asthma (unless discussed beforehand)
On blood-thinning medication

Mental/Emotional Conditions:

Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis (unless discussed beforehand)
Current substance addiction (those in recovery are welcome to enquire)
Recent hospitalisation for mental health crises (within the last 10 years without therapist approval)
