Breathe & Balance: A Wellness Workshop for Mums
She wakes up wondering if she slept at all last night, between the interrupted sleep, mind racing with the hum drum of an endless to-do list, wondering when her next moment to BREATHE and BALANCE is coming... an idea that's danced around in her head, but never comes to fruition with her Mama tribe because, well, she prioritised everyone else and forgot about her own cup that went dry months ago.
I'm here sharing beyond a moment to BREATHE. This workshop offers you the opportunity to experience the power of energy clearing techniques with therapeutic grade essential oils, gentle breathwork, and sound healing. I've weaved this workshop together based on my own experiences as a conscious Mama, alongside working with women and children to shift imbalances that have built up overtime, creating an overstimulating and overwhelming household.
Let's face it, as mums it's no word of a lie, the struggle can be very real when the time comes to unwind at the end of the day, can you imagine how our children are feeling if we are like this? If there are parts of us that are out of alignment, our energy levels decrease rapidly, and our hormone levels increase dramatically, creating adrenal fatigue. As a mum myself, I know how difficult it can be to support your children’s emotional needs while also taking care of your own...
After years of researching, embodying and studying how our nervous system and energy field work, I'm excited to share with you upcoming wellness workshops designed just for mothers and children, where we’ll explore powerful tools and tips to cultivate a calmer, more balanced home environment. In this workshop, we’ll delve into the world of essential oils and their vibrational frequencies, understanding how these natural gifts can act as tuning devices for the energy system, gently calling in calmness, with the opportunity to breathe & balance.
We’ll discuss how breathwork, energy clearing and essential oils can support individualised needs, guiding both you and your child toward harmony and homeostasis. Think of it as nature’s way of helping you effortlessly come home to yourself.
The day will include:
• A personalised energy balancing and clearing for both mums and children, using essential oils to address each person’s unique needs.
• A cacao ceremony, offering a nurturing and grounding experience.
• Sound healing to help release stored stress and bring a sense of peace.
• Light refreshments and time for connection with other mums who are sharing in a similar journey.
• Practical ways to incorporate daily rituals and gentle exercises into your routine to support your children’s mental health and well-being, as well as your own.
We’ll focus on how to integrate these practices at home, especially during those challenging afternoon and evening hours when children are coming home from school or daycare, carrying the weight of the day. You’ll learn tips to decompress after a busy day and create a soothing environment where both you and your child can thrive.
