Description

Breathe & Connect with Steve and Grace πŸŒ€

A deep breathwork journey. A space to slow down, release and reconnect with yourself through the breath, blending both of our skills.

Conscious connected breathwork works directly with the body and nervous system, creating space to release emotion, move through blocks and reconnect with what’s already within you.

What you might take away

  • Deeper trust with your body

  • Greater nervous system capacity

  • More space for calm, joy and connection in everyday life

Trauma-informed and always at your own pace. No experience needed.

Before the session

  • Avoid eating for an hour beforehand

  • Wear something comfortable

  • Bring a bottle of water, journal, yoga mat and an open mind

Saturday 14th November | 12-2:30pm | Murphy’s Barn

Spaces are limited, so do reserve your spot if it feels right. 🀍
