PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION
Gift yourself this time to soothe your nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep, develop deeper self-awareness, and build greater resilience.
Come and join me via Zoom for our monthly Breathing and Meditation session.
When: Third Thursday of Each Month
Time: 7.30pm - 8.15pm
Where: Online, via Zoom
Cost: $15 per household
What to expect: We will start seated as we practice some breathing exercises, so either sit in an upright chair, or if on the floor, support yourself with plenty of cushions or bolsters so you can sit comfortably and with an upright posture.
When we move to the meditation you are welcome to stay seated or move to laying down. If you want to lay down then ensure you have cushions, blanket etc.. ready - whatever you need to be comfortable.
What to wear: Anything this is cosy and comfortable.
No prior pranayama or meditation experience is required. *However, if you do have any medical concerns you are welcome to email me prior to Thursday evening to discuss.
