*** While breathwork can be a incredible beneficial practice for many individuals, it is important to recognize that certain health conditions may pose risks during these activities. If you have been diagnosed with severe asthma, heart disease, or epilepsy please be aware that you may not be able to participate in all breathwork sessions.Â
Please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any breathwork sessions that involve intensive breathing exercises.
