Meet Anthony, a Finance Broker and Master in Breathwork, ice bath facilitator, mental health advocate and dedicated leader for local Men's groups.

With a longstanding career in finance, he is a passionate advocate for understanding and bettering the relationship between emotional regulation and money.
With a passion for holistic well-being and personal growth, Anthony brings a unique blend of expertise, masculine energy and compassion.

Through guided Breathwork sessions, Anthony helps participants tap into their inner knowing, release tension, and reframe negative experiences through the somatic wisdom of Breathwork.

His aim is to help people learn how to emotionally regulate through Breathwork to help them make better choices financially more consistently.

In addition to Breathwork, Anthony is known for leading invigorating ice bath experiences that challenge people to step out of their comfort zones, build resilience, and tap into their inner strength - empowering them to push past physical and mental barriers.

As a general guide Breathwork may not be suitable for people with the following conditions: cardiovascular disease/conditions, taking heavy medications, recent injury or surgery, panic attacks or psychosis, seizures, epilepsy, pregnancy, detached retina, complex PTSD, or aneurysms.
