Are you curious about breathwork or feeling the need for some meditation? Maybe your intrigued by the positive effects of cold therapy or simply seeking a supportive community where you can explore these practices, and build on your lived experiences.

Rebreathe + Chill is here to introduce you to light breathwork, sound healing, ice baths, and meditation.  

Breathwork offers a unique opportunity to tap into the power of your breath, unlocking physical, mental, and emotional benefits. You can reduce stress, increase energy levels, and enhance mental clarity through controlled breathing techniques.   

The positive effects of an ice bath are well-documented: stimulating circulation, reducing inflammation, and boosting the immune system. It's a powerful practice for promoting physical recovery and resilience.

In addition to these practices, meditation provides a valuable tool for cultivating mindfulness. By quieting the mind, you can increase self-awareness and develop a greater sense of presence in your daily life.

** Optional breaky / warm drinks are held at  Bezirk Cafe, Altona after the session for all. If you didn't attend the morning session but feel like connecting at the café, please come along approx. 9am, you are more than welcome.
