This event will create opportunity to meet like minded people whilst gifting yourself the chance to connect with the most important person (you).

This festive session will include transformational Breathwork paired with Reki and meditation to support emotional release, regulating the nervous system and creating room for growth. The session is intended to create a safe space to be open, whilst learning the tools to self regulate.

Severe or recent panic attacks (within the last 3 months)
Currently taking any Brian altering medications such as anti-depressants, Anti-psychotic or anti anxiety medication
Recent surgeries , serious physical injuries or fractures
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Cardiovascular or heart conditions /diseases ( I.e high blood pressure , heart disease, heart attacks)
Asthma
Glaucoma or retinal issues
Recent hospitalisation for mental health or psychiatric conditions (within the last 3 years)
