Take a midweek pause and reconnect with your breath.
Join me Wednesday evenings for a nourishing hour of guided breathwork and sound designed to help you unwind from the day and ease into your evening.
Each session begins by meeting you where you’re at — inviting you to reconnect consciously with your breath. I’ll gently guide you through a breathwork flow that may include light activation to help shift the energy of the day. From there, the journey slows, easing you into calming rhythms of breath and soothing sound to support your nervous system and prepare your body for deep rest.
This is your midweek space to unwind, release, and return to yourself — one breath at a time.
Who is this for?
This space is for anyone who’s feeling the weight of the week and craving a moment to pause.
Whether you’ve had a busy day, find it hard to switch off at night, or simply want to deepen your connection to yourself — this session is for you.
No previous experience with breathwork or sound healing is needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.
What to bring?
Yoga mats and pillows will be provided. To feel extra comfy, you might want to bring the following:
- A blanket
- An eye mask (optional but lovely for deep rest)
- Comfy clothes
- A water bottle
- A journal if you’d like to reflect afterward
