The first Sessions are three hours ($150+GST) to learn and understand the full range of benefits and breathing techniques; consequently, after completing this session, you are able to purchase the two-hour session ($119+GST) moving forward. 

First 60 minutes- Introduction/ technique session (first time breathers only).

75 minutes- Sacred Breathwork Journey.

45 minutes- Transformational Coaching/ Integration circle.
