Breathers Student Clinic Workshop

Event description

You are welcome to experience another Breathwork session with one of our wonderful students under the supervision of Gilad Shavit and Cindy Aulby.

Our awsome students are about to embark on Level 2 of The Breathers Professional Training for Breathwork and Mindfulness in Trauma Recovery. After a deep and transformative journey, they are now ready to begin working with "practice clients" as they progress towards becoming certified breathwork practitioners, recognised by the Australian Breathwork Association (ABA).

These practice client sessions are designed to help our trainees hone their skills in guiding mindfulness and breathwork sessions. This will ensure that, upon qualification, they can share their expertise with more professionalism and precision within the community.

Your participation will play a crucial role in their learning process—and will likely contribute to your own personal growth as well, given the effectiveness of this powerful modality. 😊

Workshop Structure:

After filling out health declarations and consent forms, we will start with a grounding meditation, followed by a brief introduction (not a sharing circle). You will then pair up with your trainee practitioner, allowing about 30 minutes to talk and listen. Afterward, we will all begin the Breathwork session together. Your practitioner will be with you throughout the session, and at the end, you will have time for a one-on-one debrief with them. We will conclude with a group sharing session for those who wish to share or ask questions.

Who is This Workshop For?

This workshop is offered exclusively to people who have already participated in a Breathwork session with me, either one-on-one or in a group setting. This setting is NOT suitable for people with epilepsy, asthma, pregnant women, or those who should avoid cardio activity. If you have one of these conditions or haven't done Breathwork with me before, please DO NOT sign up for this workshop. Instead, consider booking a one-on-one session with a qualified Breathwork practitioner.

How to Sign Up:

Spaces for this workshop are very limited (5 for the morning session and 5 for the afternoon session). To secure your spot, please purchase a ticket via Humanitix. If you have any issues registering, please feel free to contact us. All earnings will go towards the “Graduation Celebration," welcoming the new generation of Breathwork and Mindfulness Therapists into the community.

What to Bring:

Please bring a sheet, a warm blanket, comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a notebook with a pen.

Hope to breathe with you soon!

With love and appreciation,
Gilad Shavit
