    In this 2-hour immersive workshop, you’ll discover how to use the power of your breath to improve focus, energy, and overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to boost your concentration at work, find better sleep, or bring more balance into your everyday life, this workshop will equip you with the tools to make lasting change.

    Led by an experienced breathwork coach, this workshop covers practical, science-backed breathing techniques designed for real-world application. You’ll learn how to harness your breath for better sleep, peak performance, stress reduction, and more. This isn’t just theory—by the end of the workshop, you’ll have a set of simple practices that you can use anywhere, anytime.

    This workshop is designed to continue the Science and Art of Breathwork workshop previously held at Yoga Studio Kerikeri, but it is also suitable for anyone who has not attended any previous workshops.


    This workshop is for you if you want to:

    • Take control of your body and learn to regulate your system

    About Scott

    A father of two, scott is passionate about empowering you with the knowledge to harness the simple and powerful tool right under your nose, your breath.

    Scott has taught the breath for over a decade and trained with world-leading breathwork experts such as Wim Hof, Dan Brule, and Patrick McKeown.

    He’s one of NZ’s most qualified breathwork instructors, certified as a Wim Hof Method, a Buteyko Breathing Technique, an Oxygen Advantage, and a HeartMath instructor.

    His journey of breathwork includes overcoming drug addiction, severe anxiety, depression, other mental health challenges, relationship and family breakdowns, and various life traumas.

    Having worked with tens of thousands of people of all ages and stages, Scott has developed a training approach that is both simple and profoundly effective. His depth of real-life experience of the breath is relatable to many.
