Breathing Into Flexibility - Yoga Class
Event description
This yoga class will focus on mindful breathing and mobilising joints. With a gentle and thorough warm up, finishing with Yin. All levels welcome.
Meet Colin
Colin has lived around Newcastle and the Hunter Valley most of his life. He deeply enjoys being in musical groups, Concert Bands, Choirs and even Orchestra. Colin currently sings in a Choir that represents Australia at the World Choir Games every couple of years.
Colin says “I started to connect my body to my mind through Martial Arts, I had so many injuries. So, I switched to Yoga classes. They not only balanced me, but gave so many positive bi-products. Eventually, I completed an intensive 500hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa are the styles I learned and love to talk about.
