Abby’s approach is detailed, evidence-based, and compassionate as she guides numerous individuals from all walks of life in building better breathing pattern habits through breathing retraining. Breathing Retraining focuses on restoring an efficient breathing pattern and reduce associated symptoms.
Abby will guide you through a self-assessment of your breathing pattern, helping tailor the workshop to your health concerns, performance limitations and unique goals."
