Breathless: Hands On is a live demonstration class covering ten breath play techniques from the ground up. No theory recap, no slideshow of diagrams. Just Ms Kitten and her scene partner @athos_ct demonstrating what each technique actually looks like, how the setup works, what to watch for, and what stops the scene immediately.

This class exists because there is a gap between understanding breath play and seeing it. Watching two experienced practitioners work through ten techniques with full attention to signal monitoring, equipment setup, and release protocols gives you a reference point that no amount of reading can replace.

This is not a how-to class. It is a what-it-looks-like class.

This class is for people who have already engaged with breath play education. Breathless: The Safety Class is the recommended prerequisite. If you have not taken it, it is recorded and available.

This class is not a starting point. It is a next step.

✦ Content Notes ✦

This class includes live demonstration of breath restriction techniques including smothering, rebreather systems, bubblers, and full body latex enclosure. Not suitable for those in early recovery from trauma involving breath or restraint.

✦ About the Educators ✦

Ms Kitten is a heavy sadomasochist, edge play practitioner, and co-founder of Let it Reign and Reign of Blood. She has been teaching kink education for several years, specialising in harm reduction-based breath play, sharps, and consent frameworks.

@athos_ct is her scene partner and will be bottoming throughout this class. What you are watching is a negotiated, practised demonstration within an established dynamic. Not a first attempt. An examined practice made visible.
