Event description
This 2 hour workshop offers a comprehensive approach to building resilience against anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and pressure. Through guided techniques—including breathwork, meditation, journaling, havening, and stretching—participants gain practical skills they can rely on throughout life’s challenges. Alongside these techniques, the workshop includes an educational component on stress and anxiety, helping participants understand how these states manifest in the mind and body and how to manage them effectively in real-time.
By the end of the session, participants will feel a greater sense of calm and motivation, equipped with tools to support their well-being and aspirations as they transition into their future endeavours.
