Breathwork & Sound Healing at Superblue Miami with Michelle Berlin & Carolina K

Explore the sensations of Sound, Breath & Visuals at Superblue with Michelle Berlin and guest creative musician Carolina K.

Participants will be activated through a series of breathwork techniques and movement to open the body and mind for sound relaxation & meditation. Michelle uses bowls, swinging chimes, Handpans & more for a unique  sound experience along with the soothing vocals of Carolina K. The experience will be held under the Pulse topology exhibit where we tune to the frequency of 3,000 heartbeats expressed through lightbulbs for the ultimate sensory experience.
