Breathwork & Sound Healing at Superblue Miami with Michelle Berlin

Explore the sensations of Sound, Breath & Visuals at Superblue with Michelle Berlin. 

Participants will be activated through a series of breathwork techniques and movement to open the body and mind for sound relaxation & meditation. Michelle uses bowls, swinging chimes, Handpans & more for a unique  sound experience. The experience will be held under the Pulse topology exhibit where we tune to the frequency of 3,000 heartbeats expressed through lightbulbs for the ultimate sensory experience.
