The session starts with 15 min of relaxing Breathwork to tune the body into a meditative state, using ancient and modern techniques, followed by the sound healing journey where we use native and meditative instruments like Didgeridoo, Crystal Bowls, RavVast, The Heaven & Earth Flute, Shamanic Drum, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Harmonic Healing Chimes, Koshi Chimes and more. Each of those has a specific vibration and function for you.
