Join me for a nourishing evening of breathwork and sound healing held by the warmth of the fireplace in my home at Lake Tyers Beach.

This sacred 2-hour journey invites you into a conscious connected breath journey that will allow an opportunity to deeply relax, reconnect with the cosmic depths of your own inner world, and experience a powerful journey carried by sound and energy that will guide you home.
