Breathwork & Sound Journey

Join Darren Obong as he guides you through an expansive journey to help you reclaim aspects of yourself that have been stuck, stagnant, and blocked amidst the chaos of our everyday lives. Through active breathwork we will help clear out our nervous systems to help shift our mind and body out of a state of Flight or Flight and into a state of deep awareness and relaxation. You will be guided through meditation and energy clearing so that you can drop into the present moment and reconnect with all the aspects of you. We will end our time together with a long restorative Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath.
