Breathwork by Raidatez & Sound Journey by King of Hearts.

Guided Meditation 

Wellness & self-care tips & tools you can use for at home or wherever you may be! 

Intention is to empower you through mindfulness practices that will elevate your life. We believe that Knowledge is power, & practice is key. 

What to bring: An open mind and heart. Please bring a pen and notebook to journal, as we will set intentions during this session. Yoga mats/pillows/blankets will be provided however you can also bring your own for extra warmth & comfort! 

What to wear: Comfortable relaxed clothing and warm socks / beanie / gloves - whatever you feel you may need for warmth. As the body naturally drops in temperature as you fall into a super relaxed and meditative state.

As always, this is an all inclusive event - Everybody is welcome.
