The day starts in a beautiful circle, followed by breathwork and soundscape, and ends with relaxing Saunum sauna experience. There is a pool and cold plunge to enjoy and some amazing fruits from our friends at Green Plough afterwards. The peaceful surroundings in the middle of the forest in Tamborine add a special radiance to the day.
