BREATHWORK AND SOUNDSCAPE WITH SAUNUM SAUNA ♡

☆ What to bring and wear: water bottle, journal, comfortable clothes, swimwear, towel
☆ There are limited amount of tickets to create a cozy and comfortable space


The day starts in a beautiful circle, followed by breathwork and soundscape, and ends with relaxing Saunum sauna experience. There is a pool and cold plunge to enjoy and some amazing fruits from our friends at Green Plough afterwards. The peaceful surroundings in the middle of the forest in Tamborine add a special radiance to the day.

Breathwork facilitator Ann Vosu and keyboardist Jorge Mitchell are creating beautiful events filled with joy and playfulness, leaving you with a discovery, clarity, or simply a charge of calmness and cheerfulness within yourself!
