With this guided therapeutic experience, we invite you into a safe space to release stagnant energy from the body, mind, and soul. To feel the loving, healing energy you have within and enhance the connection with yourself. Coming back to self, back to home.

This ceremony includes:

Cacao ceremony~ Guided by Shardasia, where you will experience the nourishing, pure, and sacred cacao drink to open the heart space and set the tone for the experience.

Gentle movement~ Guided by Savvy, where you will flow with some Qi Gong-styled movement, light shaking, tapping, and stretching to help open and stimulate the meridian pathways and chakras to help energy flow.

Breathwork Meditation Journey~ A guided healing experience led by Savvy, which is a powerful therapeutic experience with rhythmic deep breathing, breath holds, visualization meditation, medicine songs, and live instruments such as medicine drum, rattle, and Chakapa.

Sound journey~ Where you will let the body recalibrate and heal with a beautiful and relaxing journey with live sound, performed by Shardasia. Let the magic of sound take you on a journey of self healing and peace within.

Light snacks~ A grazing table will be provided for after the experience to help ground and centre. We will have GF and DF options also. Connecting with community over some kai.

There will be a chance to communicate your experience with the group if you feel like sharing. Group shares can beneficial for processing and integration.

Facilitators

Savvy

Savvy is a certified practitioner in breathwork, holistic massage therapy, Reiki, and is trauma-informed. She has been studying and practicing holistic health and healing modalities for over five years. Savvy specializes in transformative breathwork, pranayama, and body and energy work. She has participated in breathwork ceremonies with some of the best practitioners in NZ. Savvy integrates breathwork into her daily life and her energetic healing practice. She has a soft, shamanic style and is passionate about bringing people back to self and wholeness.

Shardasia

Shardasia was born in Aotearoa, with roots tracing back through Europe and Indonesia, Shardasia is a sound therapy practitioner, yoga teacher, ceremonial cacao facilitator, online coach and tutor at The School of Spiritual Healing Arts, over the last decade her journey lead her through India and Asia this is where she learned and studied the history and philosophy of these modalities, along with a diploma of health science in naturopathy and nutrition, since she has been weaving all this wisdom into nourishing spaces that she holds all around New Zealand.

- You have had any recent surgeries

- You suffer from any cardiovascular, heart, lung, or kidney issues or disease

- You have super high blood pressure

- You have had or suffer from aneurysms, epilepsy, seizures, or diabetes

- You have severe PTSD from post-traumatic stress disorder or any serious psychiatric conditions like severe bipolar or schizophrenia.
