Event description

The BreathLume Workshop

With every breath, awareness becomes possible. Breath becomes a powerful tool for self-knowing and for actively regulating our physiology and mind. It opens infinite potential in how we live—inviting more choice, presence, and vitality. Breath reminds us that we are not just participants in life, but creators of it.

BreathLume invites you to a transformative 2.5-hour immersion designed to awaken vitality, restore inner coherence, and reconnect you with your innate wisdom.

Guided by a fusion of neuroscience and breathwork, this experience gently activates expanded states of awareness allowing for deeper connection with the self —such as clarity, compassion, and creative flow—while honoring the nervous system’s need for safety and regulation. You’ll explore altered states of consciousness in a grounded and supported way.

In this safe and trauma-informed container, your nervous system is supported to complete stress cycles, regulate its rhythms, and experience the self.

Whether you're seeking emotional release, inner stillness, or a renewed sense of purpose, this space is held with integrity and care.

The body knows. The breath listens. And in that listening, transformation unfolds.

Bonus offer with this event: 30 minutes 1-1 integration call post event.
