Its on our Pop-Up Breathwork & Soundscape Experience - Under Lights - an evening of breath, sound, and community connection in the stunning outdoor setting of Dunningham Reserve.

This gathering is our introduction to breathwork, movement and sound, its designed to help you regulate your nervous system, deepen awareness, and reconnect with a profound sense of calm, connection and presence—all while being immersed in the natural beauty of the coastline.

As we're heading into the coolers months, bring out your jumpers and rugs, we will close our practice with a warm cacao ceremony—an offering of gratitude for all that has brought us together. This will be a time to reflect, set mindful intentions, and honour the transition into the winter phase.

This is a community-driven event and a collaboration between Breathwork HQ x Conscious Community.
