We’re excited to bring back our Pop-Up Breathwork & Soundscape Experience—an evening of breath, sound, and community connection in the stunning outdoor setting of Dunningham Reserve. 

This gathering is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, deepen awareness, and reconnect with a profound sense of calm and presence—all while being immersed in the natural beauty of the coastline.

🌿 Cacao Ceremony & Mindful Intention 🌿
As daylight saving ends on Sunday, April 6, 2025, we will close our practice with a warm cacao ceremony—an offering of gratitude for all that has brought us together. This will be a time to reflect, set mindful intentions, and honour the transition into the cooler months.

This marks the completion of one cycle before we evolve into new expressions of our Pop-Up events—continuing to grow, connect, and explore together.

This is a community-driven event in collaboration with Breathwork HQ x Conscious Community.
