Join Bella, Lucia and Kellie for an intimate event as they safely guide you through a transformative breathwork experience.

There are very limited tickets to this event as the aim is to keep it intimate and deeply transformative.

The event will begin in a women’s circle with journaling, connection and meditation. We will then transition to the mat where your qualified Breathwork Facilitators will guide you on your breathwork journey.

Breathwork is a tool which blends science and spirituality to allow you to connect with your body, subconscious and intuition. It releases stored energy, trauma and emotions from the body, allowing you to shift patterns and step forward in life. It calms the nervous system, allowing us to step out of fight or flight and move into a healthy, parasympathetic nervous system response. By using our breath, we connect with our own inner magic and realign ourselves.

This Breathwork journey will utilise journaling, conscious connected breathing patterns, meditations, music and (optional) energetic supportive touch from qualified Breathwork Facilitators to create a safe, supported and healing breathwork environment.

What to bring:

Journal and pen
Yoga mat
Water
Pillow or blanket to make yourself comfy (optional)

About your Breathwork Facilitators:

Bella (Instagram: @lunar__bel) is a Sydney local who is an Astrologer and Breathwork Facilitator. She has a deep interest in women’s health and healing, intuitive connections and developing our intrinsic magic.
Lucia (Instagram: @luciawardpilates) is from Derry, Ireland and is a Pilates Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator. She is deeply passionate about the mind body connection, helping people create a positive relationship with themselves and feel embodied.
Kellie (Instagram: @her_release) is from Wexford, Ireland and is a Secondary School Teacher and Breathwork Facilitator. She is a proud mum of 3 with a passion for empowering women and motherhood through deep connections, transformative healing and self-awareness.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Due to the nature of this practice, this event is NOT SUITABLE for those with the following conditions:

Pregnancy
Severe PTSD
Severe mental health conditions such as bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis, PTSD
Severe or recent panic attacks (within the last 3 months)
Currently taking brain altering medications such as anti-depressant, anti-psychotic or anti-anxiety medication
Recent surgeries, serious physical injuries or fractures
Epilepsy or any history of seizures
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Epilepsy
Cardiovascular or Cardiac (heart) conditions or diseases (for example: high blood pressure, heart attack or heart disease)
Asthma
Glaucoma or Retinal issues
Recent hospitalisation for mental health or psychiatric conditions (within the last 3 years)

Photograhy:

There may be some discrete and respectful photography or videography during out event. If you wish not to be involved at all, we completely respect this - Just let your hosts know and they will be sure to honour your request.
