Led by Anna O’Keeffe and Dr. Belinda Clark, seasoned practitioners in various holistic therapies, this retreat is designed to harmonise your body, mind, and spirit.

Meet your hosts

We are beyond excited to join together for this co-creation. This very special, uniquely curated wellness retreat.  If you know us (Anna & Belinda) you will know that at the heart of everything we do is authenticity and compassion. Both in our 1:1 sessions and in our collaborations we weave our honest love of supporting others to be the best version of themselves through their body, breath, heart and soul. Our primary focus is always supporting you to return to balance. Helping you return to your whole self. This will be at the core of our retreat. And we cannot wait to share it with you!

Dr. BELINDA CLARK

Osteopath and Certified breathwork facilitator.

Dr. Belinda Clark is an experienced Osteopath and certified breathwork facilitator who brings a balanced and holistic approach to health and well-being. With a diverse background in Osteopathy, Integrative Breathing Therapy, Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitation, Visceral Manipulation, and Usui/ Holy Fire® III Reiki Level two. Belinda is dedicated to understanding and addressing the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction.

Belinda's passion lies in the profound connection between breath, organ and nervous system health, and overall vitality. She believes in empowering her patients through collaborative care, fostering an environment where individuals can achieve lasting health improvements. Whether you're seeking relief from discomfort or simply looking to deepen your understanding of your body, Belinda is committed to guiding you on your journey to a healthier, more comfortable life.

ANNA O'KEEFFE

Kinesiologist, Reiki Master, Yoga Nidra guide. 

Anna O’Keeffe is a Kinesiologist, registered with the Australian Institute of Kinesiologists, an experienced Reiki (Master) Practitioner and trainer, and a certified (100 hours) Yoga nidra teacher and guide. Anna came to these practices through her own journey of self-healing, a desire for spiritual connection, and to empower herself with tools to cope in an overstimulated world. Anna is passionate about sharing these tools to help others maintain or regain control of their health and happiness by restoring balance to the body and mind. Anna supports clients in releasing emotional blockages, pain, tension and trauma from the body on all levels; physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

Anna brings over a decade of experience working with clients using Kinesiology to support individuals through their personal healing journey. Anna loves all things energetic and metaphysical. She combines this passion with her unique experience and intuition to provide a safe and sacred space for clients to explore what lies beneath the surface; creating a catalyst for transformation and growth. Anna is trained in both traditional Usui Tibetan Reiki and Usui Reiki Holy Fire® III to Master level and has been practicing Reiki on herself and others for over thirteen years. She understands the practice as both a tool for self exploration and introspection, as well as a daily practice to support your personal health and wellbeing.

Focus sessions of the retreat

We invite YOU to embark on a transformative, wholesome and uplifting experience with a purposefully designed blend of BREATHWORK, REIKI, YOGA NIDRA, wholesome food, connection and nature (plus a few other wholesome practices and surprises).

Breathwork

Breathwork is a practice that involves conscious control of breathing patterns, it is beneficial in nervous system regulation because it provides a practical and accessible way to modulate physiological responses, improve emotional resilience, and cultivate a more balanced state of well-being.Belinda's group breath flow sessions will focus on nervous system regulation through gentle, guided breathing exercises.

We will have the opportunity to explore Conscious connected breathwork as well, where the breath lets us dive into the subconscious mind, moving energy and releasing stored emotions and stories. Conscious connected breathwork (CCB), is a practice that involves intentionally controlling and deepening the breath in a rhythmic pattern. The theory behind this type of breathwork is to use the breath to activate the sympathetic nervous system while in a supported and safe environment. Bringing you out of the 'thinking' brain and into the 'feeling' brain. Allowing you, the breather, to release energy and emotions that are stored in your fascia, muscles and cells of your being. It is a bottom up approach to somatic healing. 

Designed for all levels, including beginners, these sessions will offer a supportive environment to learn simple yet effective techniques that promote relaxation and nervous system balance.

Reiki

The focus of Reiki (level one) Self care training is how to practice daily self Reiki, as a tool to soothe and regulate your nervous system. You will learn the history, origins and the Spiritual principles of Reiki. This is the beginning of your journey to understanding how the practice of Reiki offers us an opportunity, if we allow it, to learn more about our truest self and how to live from a place of gratitude rather than fear.There will be plenty of time for hands-on practice, discussion and questions. You will leave with the ability to develop a daily Reiki practice, enabling you to engage the body's rest and digest response and bring your body back to balance, where it can nourish and heal itself naturally.

If you are already Reiki trained or attuned this training will further enhance your practice. Strengthening your Reiki connection, allowing you to dive deeper into Reiki as a pathway to spiritual growth.   

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep or Non sleep deep rest (NSDR) is a powerful technique for engaging your body’s rest and digest response (the parasympathetic nervous system). The practice is fully guided and there is no movement involved. It is more similar to guided relaxation or a visualisation journey than a meditation practice. Yoga Nidra works by guiding you down through the different levels of your brainwaves, which happens naturally as you fall asleep. However, you remain fully conscious and aware in 'wakeful rest'. This wakeful rest allows you to reside in a deeply relaxed state associated with tissue regeneration, brain repair and healing of the body. The calm and tranquil state that is induced through the practice of Yoga nidra is unique, as you are able to move past the waking state and into the dreaming state, even whilst remaining fully aware. This gives you powerful access to the subconscious and the possibility of shifting deep seated belief systems, behavioural patterns and conditioning.   All this whilst the body and mind reside in the deepest level of regeneration.

We are happy to offer two price tiers based on room preferences, as well as a staggered payment plan option. 

All bookings require a non refundable deposit of $400 to secure your place. 

Single/private room: $2050*, $2300

Twin share room: $1850*, $2100

To secure your Early bird price all you need to do is pay the $400 deposit to secure your place before the 30th of November 2024. 

Payment plan options: Pay $400 deposit to secure your place, the next instalment (50% of the remaining) is due by Jan 12th, and the final payment February 9th.
