Event description

An immersive meditation experience to restore the soul. Delight in quiet connection through guided breathwork and minimal soundscapes.

Breathwork Soundscape Online is an adapted variation of our in-person event.

Join us for guided meditative sound journey, inviting you to surrender, reflect, and simply Be. Composer and musician Nat Grant will lead a journey into deep rest through minimal sound. Interdisciplinary artist and facilitator, Dina Smirnova, will use her voice to further invite release into a hypnagogic state alongside digital immersive art created by motion designer and VJ, Krystal Schultheiss. Join in a moment of silence: a moment of release.

This free, virtual option has been designed for you to experience in the comfort of your own home, outside in nature or wherever you feel called to journey.
