Join me for a gentle breathwork session designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stress & tension, restore balance and reconnect with yourself. This session is ideal for those who haven't yet explored breathwork and are curious. My aim is to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore the power breathwork has to invite self-awareness, empowerment and allow you to access your inner knowing. We may feel as though we don't know the answers - breathwork can allow you to access them.
Through this breathwork journey, you may;

What to Expect;
- Time to connect and settle into the space
- A 30 minute guided breathwork journey
- Guided meditation
- Time to integrate, reflect through journal prompts and share with the group (optional)
What to bring:
- Blankets/Cushions for under your knees - whatever you need to make yourself most comfortable.
- Water
- Journal & Pen - optional.
- Comfortable clothing.
