Join us for this incredibly special & intimate evening of breathwork, meditation, connection, and cacao!

Cosy up under the lights in beautiful WAVE cafe in Hackney London and get to know yourself on a deeper level...

You show up at 7pm, we hand you a complimentary delicious hot cup of cacao & then you will be guided through:

the science of breathwork & nervous system regulation - forever tools that will help you stress manage!
healing breathwork practice (Consciously Connected Breath) - create inner peace
powerful visualisation meditation - connect to deeper parts of yourself & your ideal version of yourself
journalling & sharing circles for deeper introspection

You will leave feeling peaceful, calm... and this will continue for days after the event, we promise!

This 2 hour journey has been carefully designed to bring all parts of yourself to the table, with so much love, safety & trust, whilst giving you the opportunity to connect deeper with humans just like yourself.

It's a great way to meet yourself in deeper way, and other people if you so wish.

7.00pm - 7.30pm: Arrive to hot cup of cacao & mingle

7.30 pm-7.50 pm: Breath Science & Nervous System Regulation Takeaway Tools

7.50pm-8.45pm: Breathwork & Meditation Journey

8.45pm-9.15pm: Journalling & Sharing Circle to Close

If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, epilepsy, or acute severe illness please note you are able to take part in the breathwork practise however you must let me know as the style of breathing will be different.

Hi! My name is Camilla and I am so excited to hold space for you!

I first tried Breathwork in June 2021 and my life changed in that moment. I fully qualified in Breathwork Meditation and Ice Bath Facilitation in August 2022 with Cool2BeConscious (Australia) and since then...

I have facilitated on 100s of people- on beaches, houses, online, studios, cafes, and across Australia, New Zealand and Mexico. I am bringing the medicine home to London!

Breathwork has truly changed my life in profound ways ~
