Breathwork with Ali
Event description
Start your weekend with intention
Join Ali for a 2-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session in Batemans Bay.
Each session will create space to slow down, connect to yourself and discover how breath can support clarity, focus and calm in everyday life.
🗓 DATES: Saturday 14, 21, 28 June & 5 July
🕐 TIME: 1:00pm - 3:00pm
📍 LOCATION: Soul Tribe Studio, Batemans Bay
👥 GROUP SIZE: Intimate (max 4 participants - spaces are limited)
What is FBR?
I am trained in Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR), and use this to guide you through each session.
FBR combines touchwork, verbal cues and other techniques to help adjust your breathing pattern, ease tension or stress, or simply support your experience. It’s an individualised approach, responding to your nervous system and whatever is coming up for you, moment by moment. All you need to do is focus on your breath.
Each session is unique, and there’s no “right” way to experience it. Some people feel physical sensations in their bodies, some experience emotional release and others simply feel calm and relaxed. Whatever comes up, I am here to support you.
Who this is for?
This session is suitable for beginners and experienced breathers alike - no prior experience with breathwork is needed.
What to bring?
Please wear loose, comfy clothes and come as you are. I’ll take care of the rest.
About Ali
Ali is a former corporate lawyer turned breathwork facilitator and certified holistic health coach.
She discovered conscious connected breathwork (CCB) after a decade in the legal profession and years spent struggling with chronic illness - the fallout of work-related burnout and a single-event trauma that upended her life in 2020.
CCB was pivotal in Ali’s recovery, helping her process trauma, recalibrate her nervous system and feel at home in her body again.
Ali has since completed 400 hours of breathwork facilitator training at Breathwork Bali, and now supports others on their own journeys - particularly those feeling burnt out, stuck, disconnected from themselves or simply curious about the power of their breath.
