Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful and profound practice. By using our breath, we can shift emotional and energetic blockages that we hold within our body. It allows our thinking minds to shut off and our emotional minds and bodies to let go of that needs to be released.

This can also allow us to cultivate a greater sense of connection and a trust within ourselves - knowing that we can handle, feel, and overcome anything simply by utilising the breath.
Our session will begin with Lottie talking through the technique and what you might experience. We will then go into a short meditation, followed by the breathwork. Afterwards, we will have time for grounding, tea, and chats (optional!).

Please do not eat a large meal before hand.

If possible, try not to plan too much straight after the session.

Single ticket: $49

Bring a friend ticket (admits two): $85

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT/SOMETHING TO LAY ON.

You are welcome to bring anything else to make your experience as comfortable as possible. This could be blankets, eye masks, etc.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.

I am a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator. I trained with Breathing Space on a trauma-informed 450+ hours course, and I continue to learn more with every practice I do, every session I facilitate, and every person I speak to.

Conscious connected breathwork has been an immensely powerful tool in my life to help me connect with myself, my emotions, and my vulnerabilities. Seeing how breathwork changed my life, and the lives of others, I knew it was something I had to train in and share.
