Release stress and anxiety, Heal emotional wounds, Awaken your body and spirit.

By using our breath, we can shift emotional and energetic blockages that we hold within our body. It can allow our thinking minds to slow down and our emotional minds and bodies to let go of that needs to be released.

This can also allow us to cultivate a greater sense of connection and a trust within ourselves - knowing that we can handle, feel, and overcome anything simply by utilising the breath.

We will be using conscious connected breathwork to allow us to drop in, release what no longer serves us, and allow for deep rest.

Tickets:

Single admission: $30

Bring a friend (admits two): $55

3 Session class pass: $75

Please refrain from consuming caffeine or eating a large meal for an hour before the session.

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. You are welcome to bring anything else to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Please wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.

About me:

I am a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator. I trained with Breathing Space on a trauma-informed 450+ hours course, and I continue to learn more with every practice I do, every session I facilitate, and every person I speak to.

Breathwork has been an immensely powerful tool in my life to help me connect with myself, my emotions, and my vulnerabilities. Seeing how breathwork changed my life, and the lives of others, I knew it was my path was to share this practice.
