Join us for a unique experience to relax, reset and reconnect deeper with yourself.

An afternoon designed to fill your cup, let go of anything that’s not serving you and invite the new into your life.

During this 3 hour event you will experience Mindfulness, a gentle Breathwork Journey, Yin Yoga and a deep Sound Journey.

Cristian Trujillo will lead the Mindfulness and Breathwork Journey and Steph Cox will lead the Yin Yoga and Sound Journey.

We will start with some gentle movements and breathing exercises to ground ourselves, leading into a heart opening meditation.
From here we will move into the Yin Practice to connect with our body and go into a deep state of relaxation. This will be followed by a gentle breathwork journey and a sound healing experience.

Yin yoga is a relaxed style of yoga, where you hold poses for 2-4 minutes. These poses target your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments and joints. It’s a slow and meditative practice, giving you space to turn inwards into your mind and the physical sensations. This deep self awareness can lead to a greater sense of inner peace, clarity, release emotional blockages and cultivate self love.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, cushion and small blanket
A bottle of water
A journal and a pen

About the Hosts:

Steph Cox

Intuitive Breathwork, Mindfulness and Yin Yoga Teacher. Founder of Soulful Sessions and women’s community Soulful Sisters. Steph runs wellness events and retreats intentionally designed for women to connect, fill their cups and make new friends.

Cristian Trujillo

Cristian is a mindfulness coach and business mentor, he uses traditional practices, coaching methods, healing techniques and business experience to help people move forward in their lives or businesses.

In his work as a facilitator he brings together his experience as a Yoga Teacher, Breathwork facilitator, Reiki Healer and Certified Coach. He also incorporates the principles he practised as an Engineer, Videographer, Entrepreneur, Lecturer and Business Mentor.

Cristian has a heart centred and gentle approach and is passionate about sharing the ancient traditional practices and philosophy from yoga. He believes that healing doesn't have to be painful and that is important to have an integral approach and address the needs of the body, mind, heart and soul.

Cristian is based in the Sunshine Coast and is the founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork, where he shares the practices of Yoga, Mindfulness and Breathwork. Cristian runs workshops, retreats and speaking engagement across Australia and Overseas.
