Welcome to the launch of the Beyond Breathwork Social Club! This 2-hour event will include:
A 1-hour Pilates & Breathwork class (4:30-5:30pm)
1-hour of socialising & browsing the stalls (5:30-6:30pm)
Express massages from Chelsea at Inner Energy Haven (included in ticket)

The Beyond Breathwork classes offer a modern spin on breathwork, with relaxing, feel-good (and beginner friendly) techniques. The social club will combine our signature movement > breath > meditation flow with an opportunity to connect with like-minded people in a fun & modern environment.
You are encouraged to attend with a friend or rock it solo as the environment will be designed for anyone & everyone to feel welcomed. For those wondering if they can come alone, I will be there to welcome you, find you a spot and introduce you to others. The space will also be set up with stalls to browse and activities to engage in!
