The Content Day is four dedicated hours in a beautiful studio, surrounded by other women in business who are there for exactly the same reason: to actually create the content they keep saying they need.

There are only 5 businesses per session, so you'll have plenty of room to make use of the studio, change outfits, move between sets, film reels, take photos and build a bank of content you can use long after the day is over.

And you won't be walking in wondering what on earth to film.

Before the event, you'll receive a Content Day Prep Pack with a shot list, content prompts, a what-to-bring checklist and guidance to help you plan what you want to leave with.

Add a 40-Minute Professional Content Capture Session for $99.

For 40 minutes, you'll have my complete attention while I direct and professionally capture a bank of B-roll specifically for your business.

We'll focus on movement, angles, different shots and content you can repurpose into reels, Stories and social posts.

You'll receive your trimmed and edited clips, ready to pull into reels, Stories and posts your way.

My standard private BTS session is $200 for one hour and includes editing. The $99 capture rate is an event-only add-on available exclusively to Content Day attendees.

HOW THE DAY WORKS

When you arrive, we'll start with a quick welcome and content planning session so you know how to make the most of your four hours.

You can then move around the studio creating your own content, changing outfits, using different sets and collaborating with the other women in your session.

If you've booked the Professional Content Capture upgrade, you'll also be allocated a dedicated 40-minute filming time with me.

This isn't a huge content event where you're competing for corners of the room.

It's intentionally small.

BEFORE THE DAY

You'll receive a preparation pack covering:

• What to bring

• Outfit ideas and outfit changes

• Props and products to consider bringing

• B-roll ideas

• Content planning prompts

Come with a plan, use the studio properly and leave with content you can actually use.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring anything that represents you and your business.

That might include:

• 2 or 3 outfit options

• Your laptop

• Phone and charger

• Tripod if you have one

• Products

• Packaging

• Tools you use in your work

• Notebooks or stationery

• Coffee cup or everyday props

• Anything you regularly use with clients

• Your own content ideas

Your Prep Pack will help you plan this properly before the event.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE PROFESSIONAL CONTENT CAPTURE?

No.

Your standard ticket is designed to give you everything you need to come into the studio and create your own content.

The $99 upgrade is there for anyone who wants me to take over for 40 minutes and make sure they leave with a professionally captured B-roll bank as well.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This day is for women in business who need fresh content but struggle to find the time, space or motivation to actually create it.

You don't need to be confident on camera.

You don't need to know exactly what to film.

And you definitely don't need to spend four hours following trends.

Come with your business, your personality and your ideas. I'll give you the structure and space to turn them into content.
