This online gathering is a drop in peer support group designed to deliver tools that help you integrate and navigate your conscious awakening. 

This is an interesting time to be alive. The world has been brought to its knees by COVID-19, and we want to provide a safe container for you to unpack the spiritual dimensions of the chaos caused by the current climate. 

We aim to inspire and educate through lived experience, psycho education and our tools for transformation, to instil hope and encourage conscious expansion. It's really important to maintain a positive outlook during this time of social distancing and self isolation, as this can exacerbate the already challenging process of spiritual emergence.
