Powered Sites (only tent sites left for 2026 - everything else is booked)
Powered sites are limited and sell out quickly (see map link above for more details)
Previous powered campers were offered first access, with remaining sites released to the public later (weekend of June 20 2026)
Powered Site Ticket: $115 total – includes:
• Power connection ($55 value)
• Camping entry for ONE adult Fri–Mon ($60 value) including vehicle.
Additional adults and children staying on the same powered site must have their own general camping entry tickets.
Powered sites vary in size. You MUST measure your full setup from the front of the tow bar to the back.
Power Connection Requirements:
You must provide your own current electrical test-tagged extension lead to connect to the power outlet.
The maximum extension lead length required is approximately 20 metres (most sites will require less). Your lead must have a waterproof 15-amp plug and tail suitable for caravan and camping use.
If your lead is not electrically tagged, is unsafe, or does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse connection to the power supply. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
The Bridgetown Agricultural Society cannot supply extension leads, adapters, or arrange electrical testing and tagging on your behalf. Please ensure your equipment complies before arriving.
If you will not be using your powered site after booking, please let us know by email. We may have a waiting list, and someone else would be very grateful for the opportunity to use the site. We will refund you if we can resell it.
Likewise, if you are not arriving until Saturday or Sunday, please let us know so we can help ensure your site remains available for you. It shouldn't happen, but occasionally someone may mistakenly occupy a site that has already been booked.
Please choose your site carefully. If your vehicle, caravan or camping setup is too large for the site you have booked, we cannot guarantee that an alternative site will be available on arrival and you may be be very disappointed.
****************************************************************************************************************
Everyone please note: This is a Showground, not a caravan park, and campers must provide their own compliant equipment. There is no water connected to individual powered sites, so please fill your tanks before arriving.
Arrival and Departure
• Gates open: From 2pm Wednesday
• All campers must depart by 11am Monday
• Toilets and showers close at 10am Monday
Detailed arrival instructions and map (link above) will be emailed to all ticket holders prior to the event.
Pre-booking tickets helps ensure faster entry and reduces traffic delays.
When you arrive, you will be given a wristband in exchange for your ticket. This wristband must be worn throughout the weekend and allows you to come and go from the Showgrounds freely.
If you arrive later and no one is available to check you in, please proceed to your campsite and collect your wristband the following morning.
Anyone not wearing a wristband may be asked to pay the camping fee or verify their booking against the ticket list.
Please ensure you camp only in the area you have booked. If you occupy a powered site without a valid powered site booking, you will be asked to move. To avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, please check the site map carefully before arriving and make sure you camp in the correct area.
Behaviour and Safety
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be refused entry or asked to leave immediately.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Using power from a site you have not booked
• Allowing additional vehicles to connect to your powered site
• Throwing, slinging, or hitting objects that could harm others
• Any behaviour that puts campers, volunteers, or property at risk
These rules are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Bridgetown Blues Festival and thank you for supporting the community owned Bridgetown Showgrounds run by Bridgetown Agricultural Society
