Bridgewater Celebrates Music

Come and make music and dance along with our amazing performers through a day long event.

You'll get to bust some moves in Ra Bellatrix's dance workshop, write your own lyrics with Ally, and even try your hand at DJing with Damien and OPG. Want to sing your heart out? Rochelle and KARAI will have you singing and playing! Charlotte will have the kids - and parents - drumming, stamping and clapping along to cool beats and rythms. And to top it all off, we have the Hobart Taiko Drums group with the traditional sounds of Japan will be offering an interactive workshop. Natalie from Angeliques School of Dance will be coming along to keep everyone moving and grooving through the day.

All music sessions will involve an interactive component where you get to have a go and get involved in the music and dance. All musicians and dancers are experienced professionals currently working their magic in Southern Tasmania. So this is an amazing opportunity to get to try out some fabulous music and dance activities, for free.

Plus we will have Sam Star a brilliant circus performer that will get the kids trying out their circus skills. We also have the wonderful Jodi - The Face Painting Lady - to decorate you up. and for the crafty minded, we will have an instrument making station using recycled bits and pieces.
