Start fresh with a gentle reset for body and mind. In this class, Liza will demonstrate how to prepare a whole food, plant-forward meal designed to boost circulation, immunity and mood. This class is designed for anti-inflammatory winter wellness.
Enjoy a guided qigong session focused on winter energy care. Tammy Bray, qigong instructor at Sattva Center for Meditation & Yoga, will lead an accessible practice designed to restore vitality and deepen your connection to mindful nourishment.
Discover simple techniques to layer flavors and textures that make vegetable-forward dishes feel indulgent yet light. It’s all about bringing balance and brightness to your plate.
As always you’ll walk away with invaluable tips, tricks and flavorful tidbits. The cooking portion of the class is demonstration style where participants observe and taste the evening’s dishes. Although it’s not mandatory, we hope you dress comfortably and plan for slow gentle movement. This class follows a whole food plant-based approach and may include optional dairy, egg and gluten.
