Bright Night - Community Glow Ride - All Ages welcome
Event description
Join us this Matariki for this FREE Bright Night Glow Rideโa magical, family-friendly cycling event lighting up the longest night of the year.
Pedal with friends and whฤnau through glowing pods of light installations on an easy 4.8 km loop thatโs suitable for children and beginner riders.
Then warm up with free hot chocolate and pizza at the finish.
๐ Meeting Point:
Queenstown Primary School Carpark (bring a gold coin donation for parking)
20 Robins Road, Queenstown
Ride anytime between 4:00 PM โ 5:30 PM
๐ฒ First riders leave at 4:00 PM
๐ฒ Last riders must be on the route by 5:30 PM

Everyone is welcomeโfamilies, kids, couples, solo riders, and groups.
This is a relaxed, inclusive event for the whole community.
Safety requirements:
Bikes must be roadworthy
Helmets required (NZ law)
Sufficient front and rear lights for visibility and safety
All children must be accompanied by an adult
A weather call will be made before 9am on the day of the event
