    Event description

Following our sold-out Tauranga event, join Mitchells Nutrition for another morning of movement, nourishment, and connection - in a collaborative effort to raise awareness and funds for mental health and suicide prevention.

We’re teaming up with your favourite local legends in Auckland to support Stefan Ozich (Athlete & Holistic Endurance Coach) in a world breaking & never-before-attempted feat. Stefan will run the length of New Zealand via the Te Araroa Trail, from top to bottom and back again - over 6000km in 100 days. This mammoth effort aims to raise awareness and funds for our critically under-resourced mental healthcare system.

In 2023, Stefan lost his brother to suicide. Through this devastating experience, he realised how severely under-equipped the mental healthcare system is in New Zealand.

A morning of connection, nourishment, and impact you don’t want to miss.
