Join South West Sydney indie-pop artist Nicole Issa as she celebrates the release of her debut EP, Bring It Back To Me, with her biggest headline show yet at The Lord Gladstone.
Four years in the making, the EP follows the mess and magic of your twenties - falling in love, heartbreak, chasing dreams that feel impossible, and slowly finding your way back to yourself. It's for anyone who loves too hard, overthinks everything, and is still figuring it out.
Nicole will bring all five tracks to life for the first time, backed by her full band.
Off the back of her first East Coast tour (solo shows in Sydney and Melbourne, raising money for Endometriosis Australia along the way), Nicole's music has caught the ear of BBC Radio 1, triple j, Spotify and Apple Music. BBC Radio 1's Maia Beth called her songs "a hug in song form," and triple j's Tiffi praised Cliché as a "folk pop banger," also naming her "one to watch".

JËVA is a queer Chinese-Australian indie pop artist and songwriter from Sydney. His music is diaristic and cinematic - driven by a desire to turn his lived experience into healing and connection, being the representation he needed as a kid.
Since debuting with his acoustic Saturday EP, JËVA has built a deeply personal and growing catalogue, culminating in the breakout EP Typhoon - a concept record tracing his real-life coming out story and public outing. The EP earned industry attention, including playlisting on TikTok’s Pop & Pride (Good Friends), a public endorsement from Tones & I (Typhoon), and national airplay on Triple J Unearthed (Possibility).
The project’s sold-out launch at The Vanguard and a headline slot at Mardi Gras Fair Day 2022 positioned JËVA as a rising voice in Australia’s independent pop scene.
He has since performed at World Pride, released Typhoon: The Short Film, and landed his first Triple J play (I Would Cry). In 2023, he co-hosted FBi Radio’s Tall Pop with collaborator Nicole Issa, supporting emerging artists and platforming new Australian pop music. To farewell their radio show, they released “Are You Really Worth It” which was featured on BBC Radio 1’s Future Pop.
After a short hiatus to reflect, heal, and regroup - JËVA is now gearing up for the release of Teenage 20’s, his most ambitious chapter yet. This new body of work explores the messy, beautiful contradictions of queer adulthood: dating, disillusionment, self-worth, and self-discovery. It’s a coming-of-age for those who missed the rites of passage - an adolescence lived late, and out loud.
In an industry obsessed with polish and personas, JËVA offers something different: no alter, no ego - just a boy on a record. He’s not running away anymore. He’s running toward himself - and inviting you to come along.

Yasi.T lives for being on stage and is passionate about performing her own original music. A 17-year-old RnB Hip Hop singer-songwriter and rapper.
Born and raised in Bankstown, Yasi.T is influenced by the diverse environment around her. This, and her love of pop has shaped her own eclectic sound.

Nicole Issa’s music gives you the hug you need after a breakup. The essence of a gentle friend that gives you space to mourn and the energy to heal and keep going. Hailing from Sydney’s South-West, the indie-pop artist and songwriter is a masterful storyteller. Through a seamless blend of heartfelt lyrics and captivating melodies, Nicole creates a sonic journey through the emotional landscapes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. Nicole is currently in the release cycle for her debut EP, Bring It Back To Me, out on July 31st. Her first single, ‘Shadow’, was featured on BBC Radio 1’s Future Pop show, with Maia Beth describing her music as a “hug in song form.” Building on that momentum, her second single, “Cliché”, has resonated locally, with Tiffi from Triple J calling it a “folk pop banger” and naming Nicole “one to keep an eye on.” Nicole turns more inward with her third single, I Don’t Know Myself, her most vulnerable release to date. It is with this release that she embarked on her first tour, playing shows in Sydney and Melbourne to raise funds for Endometriosis Australia. Now, with the release of Bring It Back To Me, Nicole presents her most complete body of work yet. The EP tells the story of a young woman learning about herself through the defining moments of her twenties. From falling in love with both a person and a story, to navigating chronic illness, heartbreak and self-worth, the record traces the journey back to the person she was always meant to become. To celebrate the release, Nicole will perform her debut EP launch show in Sydney in August, marking her biggest headline performance to date. Nicole Issa continues to build international momentum following her recent Sofar Sounds US showcase tour. Her music has been featured by Live Nation's Ones To Watch and earned coverage from tastemaker outlets including EARMILK, CLOUT, Beach House Mag and Rotate Magazine, alongside radio support from BBC Radio 1, Triple J, Unearthed, FBi Radio, SYN and 4ZZZ. Her singles Are You Really Worth It and Shadow received airplay on BBC Radio 1's Future Pop, while her recent releases have been featured on Spotify's ‘Hits Different’ playlist and Apple Music's ‘New Music Daily’ and ‘New In Pop’ playlists. A 2025 participant in the inaugural APRA AMCOS 23% Mentorship Program, Nicole performed at BIGSOUND 2024 as a finalist in the JBL Martin Garrix Music Academy. Most recently, she was selected for The Annex Music Marketing Mentorship Program, continuing to expand her industry knowledge and international reach as both an artist and songwriter. “I just want to write my truth and have people hear my story. I hope this small part of my story brings joy to other people’s lives.”
