An evening of surprise, great music, and a bit of a sing if you feel like it.
Bring it Home was created by musician Karen Davitt and is inspired by her personal experience of her own mother’s ageing journey and the profound role music played in her well being and happiness. Bring it Home acknowledges the lack of social musical interaction for many people particularly as the age..
Years of research clearly show the benefits of music at every age, and the show aims to bring great music home to everyone, especially those who may be suffering social or physical isolation.
Bring it Home is a lively mix of original songs, as well as favourites from Doris Day, the Beatles, Leonard Cohen and more performed live on stage and by the audience.
