Most nights out give you the songs. Kathaa lets the artist tell you where they came from.

Nepsydaz, one of the best-known voices of Nepal's early-2000s music scene, performs live.

Every song carries a place and a year: the town it was written in, the night it almost wasn't recorded, the decade that shaped the voice singing it. Between the songs, they tell the stories. By the time the first note lands, you already know why it matters.

This is our first evening. Kathaa (कथा) means story. Ours is just beginning.

Before you book — please read

• Date: Friday 11 December 2026

• Time: 7:00pm – 11:00pm

• Arrive by 6:30pm. Boarding closes at 7:15pm and the vessel departs straight after. It cannot wait for late arrivals, and late arrivals are not refunded.

• Boarding: Barangaroo Wharf

• Age: 18+

• Photo ID: Bring your physical, government-issued photo ID or Digital license issued via the Service NSW app. Without IDs you will not be able to board.

• Drinks: Available to buy on board. No BYO alcohol.

• Food: Available to buy on board.

• Bags may be checked at boarding.
